How AutoTill handles information submitted through our website and services.
AutoTill processes information needed to operate the service, provide customer support, secure accounts and improve performance. Businesses using AutoTill remain responsible for the customer information they ask their agent to collect.
We do not sell personal information. Access is limited by account and website, and information is retained only for legitimate service, legal and security purposes. You can contact us to ask about access, correction or deletion.
AutoTill mobile app. The app signs you in to the same account and shows the conversations, orders and enquiries for the websites you already have access to. If you allow alerts, Google Firebase Cloud Messaging is used to deliver them and we store the notification address your phone provides, along with the alert settings you choose. Turning alerts off, signing out, or uninstalling the app removes that address.
Fingerprint, face unlock and the app passcode are handled entirely by your own phone. Biometric data is never sent to AutoTill and never leaves the device, and the passcode is stored only as a scrambled value on the phone itself. The app also records basic usage — app opens, screens viewed and whether an alert was opened — so we can improve it. It does not collect your location, contacts, photos or advertising identifiers, and nothing from the app is sold or shared with advertisers.
Advertising measurement on autotill.com. We advertise AutoTill on Facebook and Instagram. To measure which ads work, autotill.com uses the Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API, provided by Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. When allowed, we share with Meta: pages viewed, ad click and browser identifiers, your IP address and browser type, and — when you sign up, start a checkout or pay for a plan — that event, its value and a scrambled (hashed) copy of your email and account ID. This is used to measure ad results and to improve who our ads are shown to. Visitors in the UK, EU and Switzerland are asked first, and nothing is shared unless they accept. Use "Cookie settings" at the foot of any page to accept or withdraw at any time; a withdrawal stops any further sharing. We keep a record of each choice, when it was made and the notice shown. This applies only to the AutoTill website, never to the Tyson assistant on our clients’ websites.
